At Republic Metering, we’re committed to making your online shopping experience straightforward and reliable.

 

Shipping Information

Delivery Area

We currently deliver across South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.

 

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for one of the following:

  • A replacement (subject to stock availability)
  • A store credit (valid for 12 months)
  • A refund, excluding original shipping costs

 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • All packaging, accessories, cables, and manuals must be included
  • Items showing signs of tampering, misuse, or damage caused by incorrect installation will not be accepted

Return Shipping

  • If the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will arrange free collection and cover return shipping costs.
  • If you're returning the item for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind or ordered the wrong product), return shipping will be at your cost.

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, does not work as expected, or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery:

  • We’ll offer a free replacement or a refund, after assessment
  • Faulty items must be reported to our support team as soon as possible

Exchanges

Need a different product or model? We’re happy to help arrange an exchange within 30 days, provided the product is in original condition and packaging. Any price differences or additional shipping fees will be discussed before processing.

 

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after your return is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any shipping costs incurred.
